Return Process

  Log into your Smartap account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 3-5 business days.
